Dolls with Dukes Women's Cardio Boxing is a Women's only cardio boxing class for 14 - 60 year olds! We cater to beginners to advanced - at Dolls with Dukes everyone gets a workout!
Our workout consists of boxing with gloves and focus pads, skipping, weights, situps and more, you'll feel good from head to toe!
